Be refreshed as you step away from distractions to be reminded that you are loved by God. LYFE Women’s Conference has been a favorite event for thousands of women from across the eastern United States since 1983.
You’ll hear solid biblical teaching by dynamic speakers, meaningful worship and connection with other women. You will leave encouraged and equipped to live out your faith in Christ.

Is there a room for nursing moms?
Yes, we have spaces for breastfeeding mothers!
We know new moms can be refreshed and encouraged by attending LYFE! To make it as comfortable and easy as possible for these moms to attend, we will be providing a private nursing room in the Recreation Center. Moms can use this for nursing their non-walking infants or as a quiet space for pumping while baby is at home. Since main sessions will be available to listen to while using this room, moms won’t miss the great content.
- Kindly bring fussy or crying babies to this private space, so everyone can get the most out of each session.
- Please practice modesty if you choose to nurse in public places.
- Please use an infant seat, baby carrier/wrap or stroller if you need to put your baby down to nap while at the conference.
- For safety reasons, placing babies on the floor to sleep is not permitted.
- While we are happy to welcome moms and their babies for the conference, ladies who bring non-walking infants will need to choose off-campus housing.

What to bring to LYFE?
- Bedding for TWIN bed (pillow, sheets, blanket or sleeping bag)
- Hair care items (curling iron, hair dryer, etc.)
- Sweatshirt or jacket (can be cool in sessions!)

- Dinner outfit (Ladies may choose to dress up for the Friday evening special dinner. This is not required by any means.)
- Book or magazine, puzzle book (word search, sudoku, etc.)
- Journal and pen
- Money for the Underground Café (for coffee, specialty drinks or smoothies)
- Money for LYFE merchandise and souvenirs

LYFE Cancellation Policy
A $50 cancellation fee per person is included in each registration. Should you cancel your registration, you will be refunded the amount minus the $50 cancellation fee.
You may cancel a registration on or before May 15, 2023 by emailing LYFE@ClarksSummitU.edu or calling 570-585-9198 and selecting one of three options:
- Transfer your registration fee (registration type) to LYFE 2024.
- Send a substitute in your place. (Please provide the substitute’s first and last name, mailing address, email address and phone number.)
- Receive a refund of the registration fee less a $50 cancellation fee. If your registration is canceled after the deadline, no refund will be given.
- Donate your registration fee to the LYFE Scholarship fund, which supports female Clarks Summit University students who work to fund their own Christ-centered education.
FAQs for individuals
Q: How do I register for the LYFE Women’s Conference?
Registration is handled completely online to provide faster service and better accuracy. Just click on the registration link on this LYFE page, and follow the directions. If you are coming with a group, be sure to get your Group Name from your Group Leader before you register. You will need to enter your Group/Church Name, City and State when you register. You also need to use your group leader’s first and last name when registering so your group can be housed together and seated together at the banquet. NOTE: You will need to contact your group leader once you have registered so that she knows you have joined her group.
Q: What is a Group Leader?
A Group Leader is the contact person for any group of ladies, no matter the size. The Group Leader’s name and Group/Church name and city/state is used in the registration process to help identify members of a group that want to be housed together and to answer any questions that arise. Every GROUP needs a Group Leader.
Q: What if I come by myself or with just one friend?
LYFE attendees can register as an individual or as a member of a group/church. If you register as an individual, note that all rooms are double occupancy. If you want to be housed with a friend, choose which one of you will be the leader; register, and give the Group Name and group city/state to your friend. Be sure to use your name as the group leader in order to be housed together and seated together at the banquet.
Q: What if I don’t have an email address?
If you do not have an email address, you may register by using this email address: lyfe@ClarksSummitU.edu. However, we do communicate important information to our LYFE attendees, so it is beneficial if you have an email address so that you can receive added information.
Q: Can you guarantee space for me at the LYFE Conference?
Space is limited, so please register as soon as possible. If we run out of room, there are local hotels that offer a discount to our LYFE attendees. A list of area hotels and their discount information can be found on this page.
Q: Do I have to stay on campus?
You are not required to stay on campus. We have divided the fee on the registration site so that you may choose to stay on campus or not. Some hotels offer a Clarks Summit University LYFE discount.
Q: If I stay on campus, what are the rooms like?
You will be housed with another woman in a CSU residence hall room with two twin beds per room. Each suite of three rooms shares a bathroom.
Q: May I have a private room on campus?
All rooms are double occupancy.
Q: How should I dress for the conference?
Dress is casual for most of the conference, but many women decide to dress up for the Friday night dinner. Wear comfortable shoes since you will be walking between buildings to attend breakout sessions, meals and other activities.
Q: What is the food like?
All of our delicious meals are served in the campus Dining Hall. They include full hot breakfasts and light lunches on Friday and Saturday; breaks with beverages, fruit and other snacks; and a nice dinner on Friday night. If you have special dietary needs, please contact Aladdin Food Service when you arrive, and they will be happy to accommodate you.
Q: Can I purchase other food or snacks at the conference?
The Underground Café offers a variety of specialty coffees, teas, smoothies and other beverages, along with some snack items. Vending machines for soda, water and snacks are also located around campus.
Q: Do you have LYFE souvenirs?
The LYFE Store has themed merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs and jewelry for sale. The profits are used for a scholarship fund for women Clarks Summit University students who have exemplary Christian character, are working their way through school, and have extreme financial need.
Q: May I smoke or consume alcohol on campus?
Smoking and/or the consumption of alcohol is not permitted anywhere on campus.

may Q: How do we register for LYFE Women’s Conference?

Q: Can I register my whole group at once?
Yes, we have streamlined online registration to make group registration easier. Just follow the directions for Group Leaders by registering yourself; then keep adding more registrations until you have registered everyone in your group. You will only need to enter the information about your group once.
Q: Can I add more to my group later?
Yes, you can return to our website at another time to register someone else by using your Group Leader name and Group/Church name, city and state.
Q: Can my ladies register online themselves?
Yes, the ladies in your group can register themselves, but you MUST register yourself first so that you can give them your Group Leader name and Group/Church name, city and state. That is how we will know that they are part of your group, and we can house you together and seat you together at the banquet.
Q: What is the advantage of my ladies registering themselves?
Each woman can make her own full payment (check or credit card) without giving out her personal financial information.
Q: What are the disadvantages of registering everyone myself?
You will need to gather everyone’s personal information (including their email address) and collect all the registration fees, paying for everyone at once with your check or credit/debit card.
Q: How will I know which ladies have registered for my group?
You will need to communicate to the ladies in your church/group. Each lady will be responsible to notify you when they have registered. They can forward their confirmation email that they receive upon their registration submission or reach out to you in another manner that you set up. Please be sure to provide your ladies with your Group Leader name and your Group/Church name, city and state that they will need to use when they register. This helps us so that we can be sure to keep your group together when arranging housing and banquet seating.
Q: What if some of my ladies don’t have an email address?
If someone does not have an email address, you may register by using this email address for her: (LYFE@ClarksSummitU.edu). Please note: if possible, we request that each individual use her own email address so that she will receive the LYFE Conference email updates that are sent out to conference attendees.
Q: How do we pay for the LYFE Conference?
During the registration process, you may select check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover). Once the full payment is processed and approved, your registration will be complete.
Q: When will our places be reserved?
If you pay with a credit card, your place will usually be reserved immediately. If you pay by check, we will wait until your check has been received and cleared before reserving your place, so please send checks immediately after you register.
Q: Can you guarantee space for all of us at the LYFE Conference?
Space is limited, so please encourage your ladies to register as soon as possible. Due to the high volume of registrations, we are unable to offer a waiting list for on-campus housing. Convenient area hotels are available, and some offer a CSU/LYFE discount.
Q: Do we have to stay on campus?
No, you are not required to stay on campus. We have divided the fee on the registration site so that you may choose to stay on campus or not. Some area hotels may provide a Clarks Summit University LYFE Conference discount.
Q: If we stay on campus, what are the rooms like?
You will be housed in our residence halls. Each room has two twin beds per room. Each suite of three rooms shares a bathroom. If you have an odd number of ladies, one will be housed with a member of another odd-numbered group. If you would rather have that person housed with the rest of your group, please notify the LYFE Registrar (LYFE@ClarksSummitU.edu), and we may be able to place an extra mattress in one of your rooms.
Q: When do I need to let you know if we would like three in a room?
Please let the LYFE Registrar (LYFE@ClarksSummitU.edu) know at least one month in advance if you would like three in a room.
Q: What is the best way to contact the LYFE Registrar if I have questions?
The fastest way to contact the LYFE Registrar is through email (LYFE@ClarksSummitU.edu). If you do not have email access or prefer phone calls, you can contact her at 570.585.9198.
Q: What if someone needs to cancel?
